In the case of an exchange, we'll cover the shipping costs for sending you the new item. However, for sale items, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping costs when requesting an exchange.
Once we receive your returned items, we'll notify you within 5 business days regarding the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
