For returns or exchanges, you have a generous window of 14 days from your purchase date. To initiate the process, simply reach out to us at modesity.ca@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the situation – we're here to help!
Please be aware that refunds are not available for sale or discounted items, but we're more than willing to assist with exchanges for these items.
To ensure a smooth process, please ensure the items are in their original, resalable condition, with no signs of wear or use. This helps us process your request more efficiently.
In the case of an exchange, we'll cover the shipping costs for sending you the new item. However, for sale items, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping costs when requesting an exchange.
Once we receive your returned items, we'll notify you within 5 business days regarding the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please don't hesitate to contact us at modesity.ca@gmail.com, and we'll promptly assist you.
